- Your full satisfaction with our product is our top priority.
- All products we deliver are 100% quality checked before being dispatched for delivery also, products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you intact.
- Still, in case of unfortunate events happened during transit, if you feel any problem with product, for any reason if you received the product in unusable condition, you could claim free replacement within 7 days. And our team will help you out in the best way possible. We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the colour of the product look slightly different.
- Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered. The product will also not be replaced or returned if the seal is broken or torn off.
- CONDITIONS ON WHICH WE REPLACE PRODUCT
- As explained earlier, to be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must produce an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.
- Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

- Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
- Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on THEHOUND.IN;
- Item received is defective/does not work properly. (You must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
